Janice and I were friends since early teens, attending different schools but meeting through mutual friends. We fast became best friends and shared a wicked sense of humour and had many adventures. Being the same age, me being six weeks older than Jan, we were supposed to have many more adventures and laughs. I thought only the good die young, I guess in the end Jan was the really good one of the two of us. Still not able to wrap my head around the loss of a dear friend.
